The Ti22 does not qualify for our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and therefore is final sale. Our Lifetime Warranty will still apply for manufacturer defects.
The design of both razors is the same, the only difference being the metal used and aggressions offered.
The AL13 is made of anodized aluminum and weighs 1.3oz. It is offered in both regular/mild and medium aggression. It is not offered in an aggressive form.
The Ti22 razor is made of bare titanium and weighs 2.7oz. It is offered in regular/mild, medium and an aggressive option.
The aggressions of the AL13 and Ti22 are comparable, outside of the aggressive option, which is exclusive to the Ti22.
The Ti22 comes in 3 aggressions: mild/regular, medium and aggressive. These aggressions are the same in blade gap and extension to our AL13 razor.
Mild - Extension: 0.0013" - Blade Gap: 0.027"
Medium - Extension: 0.0023" - Blade Gap: 0.033"
Aggressive - Extension: 0.0045" - Blade Gap: 0.039"

I own 3 razors , a Feather ASD2-S, a Rex Ambassador and a Henson TI which is my latest purchase and out of the 3 the most comfortable and which leaves absolutely no skin irritation is the Henson. The other two are great razors too but for me the Henson is a remarkable shaving instrument which I recommend to all wet shavers.
Titanium at best
I am a titanium lover… It is a bit bizarre I know. I love the silk feeling of the metal. I had the aluminium HS and was very happy. This one feels even easier to use, no cuts and it will glide like magic. Better grip, maybe because of harder material. But if you are not as much into Titanium as I am stick with the Aluminium one.
Love this Razor
I upgraded from the A13 to the Ti22 and all I can say is wow!
BEST. SHAVE. EVER. ;)
Every product claims to be just what you’re looking for. But this one really is! No more bumps. My only wish… was that I found out about Henson Ti22 sooner. Close shave, no issues with bumps, very good. Changing the game perfectly made Ti22 nice feel in the hands.
My new favourite
I’ve been using the aluminum version for almost 2 years now. I finally decided to move up to the titanium version and I’m so glad I did. It’s by far the best razor I’ve ever used. It’s the most comfortable shave I’ve ever gotten. Extremely well construction and very precisely made which you can feel just by threading the head on. I use the mild version for daily head shaving. I battled with irritation with every other razor I used and this is the least amount of irritation I’ve ever gotten. Highly recommended. And if you have any problems my experience is they stand by their products and will make it right.
