The Shave Brush
If you've never used a shave brush, it's easy to see it as an old-fashioned accessory. But it is a functional tool built for a specific purpose. A quality shave brush does three things:
Properly mixes shave cream with water, creating a thick, dense lather that lubricates and protects your skin.
Gentrly exfoliates the skin and lifts hairs away from the surface, helping them "stand up". This assists the blade in cutting hairs cleanly.
Works warm water and lather into the hair, softening it for an easier cut.
Just like the Henson Razor, our brush handle is machined from aluminum at our aerospace facility in Canada. It features the same knurling pattern as the razor.
We selected a premium synthetic knot that resembles badger hair, with wonderfully soft tips. It's designed to build a rich lather in seconds, delivering modern-day performance with all the benefits of a traditional brush.
